Hohner Pianet T Output Transformer
If your Hohner Pianet T has a quiet output it could be your output transformer. This replacement will make the output louder and improve your signal to noise ratio, therefore reducing any hiss and background noise you may have.
We have uploaded a video to YouTube comparing the old transformer to these new ones, watch here.
This is a brand new stock reproduction replacement for the output transformer in the Hohner Pianet T.
All you need is a soldering iron to swap out the old one and you’ll have your Pianet singing again.
Installation:
‘P’ marking on transformer indicates the primary side, make sure you put it in the right way or it will be quieter than before. The ‘P’ side goes on the side where the original transformer has 4 legs.
Bend the side tabs and will fit right in place, easy installment.
High quality and made in Japan.
These transformers are tested with a multimeter before we ship them out. If you still have a quiet output after installation, you either installed it the wrong way, your pluckers are dirty or your reeds have lost their magnetism.
There are plenty of videos online how to troubleshoot your Pianet, please do this prior to ordering a new transformer!
